How do I order and make a payment?
There are a few options for how you can order and pay for IVY's surface decor:

1. It is simple to buy online and pay through PayPal our secure payment system. You don't need to have a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal for the transaction amount.

2. You can telephone in your order on + 44 (0) 20 7241 3359 and pay buy cheque or we can take your credit card or debit card details.

Delivery charges to the UK, Northern Ireland and Scotland?
Delivery charges are added at the time of your order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send our products, this is a signed for service. Please note these prices include VAT. The delivery prices differ depending on the decal's size and weight.

Do you deliver to the rest of the world?
To locations outside of the UK please contact us for a quote in advance of placing your order. We will only deliver using a signed for courier service. We cannot send goods via surface post as we are unable to track them.

How long will my order take?
Delivery is usually 7 -10 working days within the UK between. If the product is not in stock it can take up to 28 days. For the rest of the world delivery times can vary. (We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defects to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control).

Returns and exchanges?
Returns or exchange are available within 28 working days of your order being placed, if you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back unused and in their original packaging for an exchange or full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange any used items.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

IVY reserve the right to cancel an order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, if the design you have chosen is not available or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at a incorrect price. We will do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order. of ability to use our website
